Release Notes - April 16, 2024

Slack App Updates:

• Optionally disable posting uploaded files back to Slack when completing a Centro Form so that other users in Slack do not see the attached files.
• Configure multiple emojis to trigger a Centro Form or platform event to support multiple Centro Form use cases.
• Deflect Cases with Ask Grok AI answers before a Case is created using Centro forms to offer a generative AI answer prior to creating a Case.
• Record type dependent picklists are now supported in Centro Forms.
