Centro Forms: Upload File to Salesforce

Centro Forms allows the end users to upload up to 5 files with a 10 MB limit.  The File Upload functionality is enabled in the Centro Form menu per each form.  See Support Articles: Centro Forms: Building Centro Forms

The Upload file widget will appear on the Centro Form for Record creation in Salesforce.
