• Grok has been updated to use the latest AI model available from OpenAI to improve quality of conversation summaries.
• Ask Grok about specific details in a Slack conversation by using the Grok shortcut in a conversation or thread.
• Added an option to Post Record Workflow Step to post a message or Salesforce Record Blocks to a thread.
