Why are the Centro Workflow Steps not visible in Slack?

Slack has implemented permissioning around the Slack Workflow Builder Steps from Vendors like Centro. If you begin a new Workflow Builder in Slack and cannot see Centro steps or see the message "This step is no longer available" when importing a Centro templated workflow:

To alleviate this problem:

• You'll need to be a Slack Workspace Admin or Owner, or the ability to modify Slack's Workspace Settings
• Go to Settings and Administration in Slack
• Go to the Permissions tab: 
• Scroll down to Workflow Builder steps from apps, then check "Show steps from apps installed on this workspace":
