IP Restricted Error

Restricted IP Error:

When Salesforce is configured to restrict login access by approved IP ranges, Centro users may encounter the "IP Restricted" error while attempting to connect Centro to Salesforce. Salesforce administrators may approve the Centro app to connect to Salesforce by installing the Centro Connected App and configuring it to "Relax IP restrictions" as shown below.


1. Configure Centro Connected App to Relax IP Restrictions when connection originates from Centro app. Admins may optionally restrict users with the Permitted Users configuration options.
