Granting Centro Login Access

Occasionally, the Centro Support team may require Salesforce Login Access in order to debug problems or misconfigurations. Thankfully, Salesforce provides a mechanism to allow this for App vendors.

1. Go to the user profile that's experiencing the issue, and click Settings:
2. Now find Grant Login Access - > Centro Support:
3. Select the appropriate Access Duration and click save.
