Slack: 

• Centro now supports Global and Message shortcuts:
• Global Shortcuts: 3 options will appear: Draft Email, Draft SMS, and Grok Channel Summary:
• Message Shortcut: This will appear on any message. When invoked on a single message, it will summarize the message (useful for long messages). If the single message happens to be a Thread, it will summarize the thread:

Salesforce:

• Salesforce LWC now support @mentions in the Slack conversation. That is, if you @mention someone, it behaves similar to how Slack @mentions behave (type-ahead, up/down arrow and tab ahead support):
