Configuring Email to Salesforce in Settings

Always CC, BCC: For every outbound email, you may configure an email address to always be CC’d or BCC’d. An interesting BCC maybe your “My Email to Salesforce” custom email that enables Salesforce to automatically link outbound emails to Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Users. Talk to your Salesforce Admin on how to find this, and reference this site from Salesforce. Make sure to fill out My Acceptable Email Addresses with your work email that’s associate with your Slack workspace:

Once you have your Email to Salesforce configured in Salesforce, simply copy it to the "Always BCC field" in Centro App Home.
