Slack conversation Topic and Descriptions can be set using Create Conversation and Rename Conversation Flow Elements.
Added support for Renaming Chats and Channels in Microsoft Teams from Flow Element or from Centro Linked Conversation LWC.
A fail silently input option has been added to Add Emoji Reaction to prevent Flow Failures when a Message has been deleted or otherwise fails to add an emoji reaction.
A fail silently input option has been added to Ask a Question Flow Element to prevent Flow Failures when AI answers are not available.
