Release Notes - September 5, 2025

Salesforce App Updates:

• Added MS Teams Team ID field to Centro Action Platform Event for events fired from Microsoft Teams Channels.
• Link Record to Conversation Flow Element now has a input variable for Microsoft Team GUID when linking to a Channel.

Slack App Updates:

• Link Message Shortcut now defaults the thread name to the current channel name.
• Added option to Centro Form to disable upload of message file attachments.

Microsoft Teams App Updates:

• Agentforce sessions started from Teams pass in contextual variables including user email, associated Salesforce RecordId and conversation chat, channel and team id.
• User email, user name, and conversation Team ID are now set in Platform Events fired from Teams conversations.
