Step 1: Understanding the Edit Functionality
Centro for Teams enables seamless record updates in Salesforce using custom forms embedded in record blocks. These forms allow users to edit records without switching platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Step 2: Creating a Custom Form
Open the Centro app within Teams.
Navigate to the Forms section.
Click New Form to create a custom form.
Choose the preferred connection method:
Automation User: This does not require a Salesforce license.
User Connection: Requires a Salesforce license and adheres to individual user permissions.
Name the form and provide a form label.
Add help text for user guidance.
Step 3: Connecting to a Salesforce Object
Select the Salesforce object you want to connect to by entering its name.
Click Connect to establish the connection.
