Live Link Create or Link Microsoft Chats or Channels

The Centro Lightning Web Component supports sending a message to a linked Microsoft Teams Channel & Chats:

The user must authenticate from Salesforce to Microsoft Teams using OAuth for this to work. This is facilitated when they attempt to message the channel for the first time. 

Live Link Feature Set

• Connect a Teams Channel or a Chat to a Salesforce record from the Salesforce Lightning component (Create or Link a Channel button) or the Teams Channel & Chats Linking functionality.
• Open the Salesforce record.
• Select a row in the list of Linked Channels.
• A preview window will appear. Users will see a box to send a message to that channel as Team Members. *Note: the Salesforce user must be a valid Microsoft Teams member in the connected workspace
• If this is the first time the user has messaged a Slack channel from Salesforce, they will be prompted to connect to Microsoft Teams.
• Once they have completed the OAuth flow, they will post a message to the selected Microsoft Teams Channel or Chat from Salesforce!

Note: Only Chats and Channels that both the authenticated user and the Centro bot are members of will be available.
